​A Carefully Structured Container

Journeys require a carefully held container. This includes:

​

• Screening & Intake

  • Understanding your history, needs and readiness.

• Preparation

  • Sessions for setting intentions, building safety, and getting ready for the experience. Usually completed over three 2-hour sessions.

• Journey Support

  • Grounded presence through the experience. Typically 6-8 hours.

• Integration

  • Sessions for reflection, processing insights, finding meaning and integrating changes into daily life. Usually completed over three 2-hour sessions.

Three preparatory and integration sessions are included as a minimum, with additional sessions available as needed.

Client Readiness

This work is offered only to clients who are willing and able to engage in the full scope of preparation and integration required. Each step of the process is designed to support your wellbeing and maintain the integrity of the work.

Investment

Journeys are offered as a complete container of care. An investment of $1950 includes 20 hours of support. This reflects the minimum level of preparation, presence, and integration required for this work to be offered responsibly.

Additional hours, if needed, are billed at $95/hr.
