Corporate Wellness Days

A restorative on-site wellness experience for your team​​

Wellness days support employee wellbeing through individual Reiki sessions that promote relaxation and nervous system regulation in the workplace.

 

These wellness days are especially beneficial for teams experiencing chronic stress or burnout, high emotional responsibility, caregiving or support roles, or demanding interpersonal work, including:

• Veterinary clinics & animal care teams

• Medical & allied health clinics

• Hospice, palliative care & elder care teams

• Social service organizations & non-profits

• Counselling practices & wellness clinics

Day Rate: $850 for 7 hours on site

• Includes 8-10 individual Reiki sessions (~30 minutes each)

• All supplies provided (heated massage table, linens, etc.)

• Time includes setup, cleanup, and transition between sessions

• Travel within Nanaimo is included; travel beyond Nanaimo is quoted separately​​

 

How it works

• A quiet, private space is required so that staff can fully relax into their session.

• Staff are invited to book a timeslot in advance.

• Session lengths can be tailored to the size of your team. For smaller teams, longer sessions can be provided throughout the day. For larger teams, consecutive or recurring Wellness Days can be scheduled to accommodate more staff members. Bundle discounts are available for multiple bookings made within a 6-month period.
