Practical tools for thoughtful end-of-life planning

As a Willow EOL Educator®, I guide participants through practical and reflective exercises that explore end-of-life values, wishes, and legacy. These workshops provide a structured, supportive environment for groups to examine what matters most while cultivating presence, understanding, and agency around the end of life.

 

Sessions are crafted around the topic of your choice:

  • 9 Things to Include in Your Departure Directions

  • Greening Your Death and Aligning Your Values

  • Remembering and Being Remembered

 

Willow End-of-Life workshops empower participants to:

  • Make values-driven decisions for themselves and loved ones

  • Reflect on legacy, life priorities, and meaningful rituals

  • Experience conversations about death in a safe, guided container

  • Gain practical tools to reduce fear, procrastination, and uncertainty

These workshops are suitable for groups of up to 16 participants.

These workshops are for groups in retirement homes, seniors groups, community organizations interested in end-of-life planning. Workshops run 2.5 hours.

Cost

  • $500 per session

  • Includes preparation, facilitation, materials, and travel within Nanaimo.

Non-profit rates available.
