Email is my practice’s primary form of communication. It is used for appointment confirmations and reminders, as well as the collaborative development of documents throughout the Advance Care Planning process.
Communication is held within business hours:

For work involving heightened states of vulnerability such as medicine journeys and end-of-life, I offer windows of increased availability.
Rates
Individual client sessions are offered at $95 per hour. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available each month for palliative clients with modest incomes. Please contact me to inquire about availability of sliding scale offerings.
Travel Policy
Travel within Nanaimo is included in my hourly rate. Travel beyond Nanaimo is billed at $0.65 per km.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% fee.
