Every service is offered within a thoughtfully designed container of care so that you know what support to expect throughout our work together.
Email is my practice’s primary form of communication. It is used for appointment confirmations and reminders, as well as the collaborative development of documents throughout the Advance Care Planning process.
Communication is held within business hours: Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm (Pacific Time)
For birth, end-of-life, and medicine work, periods of increased availability are discussed and agreed upon in advance as part of your individualized care plan.
Travel Policy
Travel within Nanaimo is included in my hourly rate. Travel beyond Nanaimo is billed at $0.65 per km.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
