Email is my practice’s primary form of communication. It is used for the collaborative development of documents during Advance Care Planning, as well as appointment confirmations and reminders.
Communication is held within business hours:

For work involving heightened states of vulnerability such as medicine journeys and end-of-life, I offer windows of increased availability. These periods of increased availability are agreed upon in advance.
Travel Policy
Travel within Nanaimo is included in my services. Travel beyond Nanaimo is billed at $0.65 per km.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% fee.
