Explore Life, Values, and Care Preferences in a Reflective Workshop

These facilitated workshops are designed specifically for seniors to begin thinking about their future care in a fun and accessible way. Participants reflect on their life, clarify values, and explore what matters most in their care and aging.

 

Each session is 2.5 hours:

• Presentation introducing advance care planning and dispelling common myths

• Interactive life-timeline exercise exploring priorities, relationships, and future care preferences

 

This workshop is not a legal seminar or counselling session. No documents are completed during the session. It is a supportive starting point to empower participants, reduce stress for loved ones, and begin meaningful conversations.
