Guest Facilitation at Retreats

I welcome invitations to facilitate workshops and offer Reiki sessions at retreats across Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, and the Sunshine Coast. My presence is especially supportive for retreats focused on healing, reflection, grief, end-of-life themes, or deep inner work.

Retreat Offerings

• Soul Talks: Living Well, Dying Well

  • Facilitated gatherings that invite participants to reflect on life, explore death, and consider what it means to live fully. In a safe, intimate space, participants share stories, ask meaningful questions, and connect through deep listening and honest conversation.

    • Allow 2 hours

    • Rate: $350

• Grief Tending

  • Safely held containers for exploring grief as it lives in the body, engaging in gentle ritual, and developing ways to integrate loss into daily life. Participants are invited to share at their own pace in a compassionate, non-judgmental space.

    • Allow 2.5 hours

    • Rate: $450

• Advance Care Planning Workshops

  • An interactive workshop for seniors to explore their life story, clarify values, and begin planning the care they want in the years ahead.

  • Allow 3 hours

  • Rate: $550

• Willow Workshops

  • Structured, educational workshops exploring end-of-life values, wishes, and legacy. These sessions foster clarity, agency, and meaningful conversation around death while offering practical tools for thoughtful planning.

    • Allow 3.5 hours

    • Rate: $650

• Reiki & Intuitive Guidance Sessions

  • Individual Reiki sessions offering energy healing and intuitive guidance for retreat participants.

    • Up to 4–5 individual sessions per day (75 minutes each)

    • Rate: $900–$1,100 per day

Logistics & Booking Notes

• A quiet, private space is required for individual Reiki sessions.

• Participants are asked to reserve their session time in advance.

• Organizers are welcome to book multiple days; however, each day features one primary offering to ensure depth, presence, and quality of care.

• I am available for a maximum of two overnights per retreat.

• Travel within Nanaimo is included; travel beyond Nanaimo is quoted separately
