Soul Talks: Living Well, Dying Well

Soul Talks: Living Well, Dying Well

Explore Life, Death, and Meaning in Community

Soul Talks
Soul Talks

Soul Talks is a themed conversation experience designed to support death literacy and meaningful dialogue around mortality. Each gathering centres around a specific aspect of death, grief, or conscious living, and is supported by a curated set of prompt cards designed to deepen reflection and dialogue. While inspired by the openness of community-based models like Death Cafés, Soul Talks offers a more intentional container — blending light death education, atmosphere, and thoughtful facilitation to encourage meaningful, embodied conversation.

Each session is 90 minutes, providing space for reflection, dialogue, and deep listening.

Soul Talks help participants:

  • Sit with the reality of death in a gentle, compassionate way

  • Reflect on how to live fully and intentionally

  • Strengthen emotional resilience and self-understanding

  • Connect with others navigating life and mortality

These events are suitable for:

  • Community members curious about death

  • Individuals facing illness or loss

  • Caregivers and helping professionals

  • Anyone wishing to reduce fear and build death literacy
