Distance Reiki sessions are offered virtually and can be received from the comfort of your own home. Energy is not limited by location, and clients experience these sessions as deeply grounding, calming, and restorative. Sessions support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, energetic balance, integration, and spiritual connection. We begin with a brief conversation to explore your intentions and current needs before moving into the Reiki session itself.
